The Nite Jogger, new for 2019, is a great example of bridging new and classic shoes. The construction and boost sole is as new wave as it comes, but the style of the upper would be at home in an 80s workout video. These are exclusively to be used as stylish walking shoes, as theyre a little loose fitting and the upper is, while comfortable and well put together, not very stiff and prone to moving around as you move. This adds to the comfort, but wouldnt make for a great workout shoe.

The Pharrell X Adidas HU NMD sneaker line has churned out some very cool shoes. With an almost sock-like construction thats snug and stretchy around the foot, the simple knit upper leaves a lot of room for messages. This pair lends itself to the heart and Human Made Branding, which is not for the faint of heart (ba-dum-tiss) but can really make a statement. Wear these with some skinny jeans and a biker jacket and really lean into the whole look.

Theyre also really the only possible option that kind of works for socks and sandals (kind of). At this price, you cant go wrong with picking up a pair of classic slides. In fact, because these mens shoes only cost $21, we would recommend buying two pairs one for the gym or pool and one for home.

Whats great about 2019 fashion (and beyond) is with the right confidence, you can wear basically anything you want. The thick, chunky and, frankly, ugly sneaker trend is really having a moment, and these Adidas Ozweegos fit that mold perfectly.
