Jennifer Aniston smashed a world record simply for joining Instagram, having attained a million followers in the shortest time ever.

As it turns out, she’s also nailing her Instagram game, and is now poking fun at celebrities’ heavily-manicured pictures and divulging what really goes behind the camera after just a week of starting her account.

Sharing photos taken behind the scenes at the cover shoot for Variety 2019 Power of Women, Aniston jokes, “I’m just a girl… standing with hair and makeup. [With] a stylist. A photographer. A lighting crew, wind machine, props, and a computer… asking you to think I woke up like this.”

The final snap, revealed in the second photo of Aniston’s carousel post, shows the actress posing proudly in an oversized sweater and fedora hat. It conceals the effort required to pull the shot, which involved Aniston’s hair being teased by hairstylist Chris McMillan and her sock being adjusted by fashion mogul Nina Hallworth.

Kudos for possibly also being the fastest to understand how Instagram works, Jennifer Aniston.
